Refund Policy

Effective: February 26th, 2026

1. Monthly Payment Structure

   Each month of the program is treated as a separate session, and parents may pay $100 per month (e.g., April, May, June) individually.

2. Credits for Canceled Sessions

   
   Payments are non-refundable. If a session or an entire month is canceled by Stickhandler Academy due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be provided that can be applied toward a future month or program session.

3. Partial Attendance

   
   Credits are not provided for missed sessions within a month.

4. Requesting a Credit

   Credits due to program cancellation will be applied automatically. Parents seeking to apply a credit to a future month may contact stickhandlersclub@gmail.com.
