Who is this program for?
This program is designed for Grades 3–7 students who want to improve their ball hockey skills in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Players of all skill levels are welcome.
Is this program competitive?
The focus is skill development and confidence-building. While we include structured mini-games and scrimmages, the environment remains positive, instructional, and development-focused.
Are parents allowed to stay and watch?
Yes, parents are welcome to observe from designated areas while sessions are running.
What equipment is required?
Hockey sticks are provided, but bringing one that matches your child’s nose height is recommended.
Please bring:
Non-marking running shoes
A water bottle
We use tennis balls for safe gameplay.
How many players are in each session?
Each session is limited to 15 players to ensure quality coaching, individual feedback, and strong engagement.
How do I register?
Simply click the “Register” button under the month you’d like to enroll in and complete the registration form. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come basis.

What skill level is required?
No prior experience is required. We group players appropriately and ensure drills are challenging yet achievable for both beginners and experienced players.
What happens if my child misses a session?
While we cannot guarantee make-up sessions, we do our best to provide key skill progressions so players can smoothly rejoin the following week.
